About The Position
Alera Group is looking for a Office Leader (Deerfield Managing Principal). Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline (finance, marketing, operations, accounting, etc.) required
- Prior experience in Insurance required
- Professional certifications in employee benefits, property & casualty, wealth management, and/or HR as needed
Nice To Haves
- Graduate degree or MBA preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and retain a high-performing team to achieve financial, client, and colleague goals while fostering engagement and professional growth
- Oversee workflows, drive process improvements, ensure compliance, and collaborate across shared services to enhance efficiency and organizational alignment
- Strengthen client relationships, elevate the client experience, build market reputation, and support business expansion initiatives, including vendor partnerships and M&A opportunities
