About The Position

Work closely with our Director of Recruiting, Training & Account Development to support day-to-day recruiting operations and office initiatives. You’ll also gain exposure to sales support, people operations, and workplace safety programs.

Requirements

  • Current college student or recent graduate (majors in HR, Business, Communications, or related fields preferred).
  • Strong communication, organization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • A self-starter with a professional attitude, eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with associate-level recruiting: reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, phone screens
  • Supporting onboarding processes such as background checks, new hire paperwork, and orientation scheduling.
  • Collaborating on training and employee engagement projects.
  • Providing administrative support for sales, HR, and safety program initiatives
  • Participating in internal projects and team events to support company culture.
