About The Position
JOB SUMMARY: Facilitation, guiding and directing customers coming into the lobby. 1) Facilitator / Photo taking support 2) Lobby and kiosk support
Requirements
- FINGERPRINT CHECK REQUIRED
- Background check required
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Proven customer service skills (1 to 2 years minimum)
- Must have a valid Arizona driver's license
- Must enjoy working with people in person
- Ability to use a computer to record documentation
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Handle, file, and record documentation.
- Handling the greeter station (where applicable)
- Taking photos
- Administering written tests
- Entering exam results
