In this position, you'll help advance the operational goals of the Salt Lake City Engineering Division by researching policies and practices, keeping team members informed of important developments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You'll handle a variety of administrative and clerical responsibilities, from payroll processing and data management to front-desk reception and information coordination. Working closely with leadership, you'll also support purchasing, inventory oversight, petty cash management, travel arrangements, and scheduling.
