Under minimal supervision provides administrative, secretarial and clerical support to the Business Manager and Executive Director. Ensure harmonious interaction with staff members. Ensure overall patient experience satisfaction. Additional Functions: Maintain computer database entry/update; Maintain information regarding supplies(i.e. inventory, brand, ordering procedures, etc.); File Maintenance; Written correspondence, as needed; perform minor administrative detail; assists in meeting the day to day needs of the department; Support initiatives and performance improvement activities; Other activities as needed, as directed by Business Manager/Executive Director.
