About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to support the daily operations of our office. This role is responsible for maintaining a welcoming and efficient workplace by managing office supplies, coordinating office services, and serving as the front desk point of contact for employees and visitors. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping others, and takes pride in creating a well-organized and positive office experience. This role is 100% onsite.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in office coordination, administrative support, or workplace operations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic office environment.
  • Proficiency with common office tools (Microsoft Office, Slack, etc.).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting a startup or fast-growing company.
  • Experience coordinating office events or workplace programs.
  • Familiarity with office management tools or workplace platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment through regular walkthroughs and upkeep.
  • Monitor, order, and restock office, kitchen, and workplace supplies.
  • Serve as the front desk point of contact for visitors, deliveries, and guest check-ins.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and package distribution.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and general workplace needs.
  • Support onboarding and employee needs including desk setup, equipment coordination, and office access.
  • Assist with office events, meetings, conference room logistics, and daily meals/catering.
