The responsibility of the Office Coordinator is to greet, assist, and provide support, direction and information to staff, clients, visitors, and other guests of the business. We value a collaborative work environment that fosters strong relationships between supervisors and employees. To support this culture, this position is designated as on-site and cannot be performed remotely. We expect the responsibilities of this role to be carried out within an office or job site setting. This is a full time hourly, non-exempt position. Working hours are 7:00am -3:30 pm. Hourly range: $26.00/hour - $29.00/hour.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of one-year general office experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Strong organization skills.

Responsibilities

  • Greets clients, visitors, and guests in a courteous and professional manner; determines the
  • Answers incoming phone calls on multi-lined telephone in a courteous and professional manner
  • Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries. Distributes items to specific
  • Maintains cleanliness of the office, conference rooms and kitchen/café to exceptional standards for clients and colleagues.
  • Schedule and prepare meeting and conference rooms. This includes room setup, placing catering orders, and cleaning up after.
  • Stocks and maintains beverages and food in kitchen.
  • Stocks and maintains all office supplies. Assists with ordering of supplies as needed.
  • Keeps office orderly and neat, including copy areas, conference rooms and kitchens.
  • Provide administrative support to staff working in the office and operations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
