Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • 1+ years of office admin expereince
  • Strong communication/interpersonal/customer service skills
  • Commitment to company values

  • Reliable & punctual attendance
  • Fluent ability to speak, read, and write in the English language

Responsibilities

  • Audit job invoices daily to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
  • Verify and reconcile revenue to confirm all earnings are correctly recorded and accounted for in the system.
  • Post invoices promptly to support accurate and timely payroll processing.
