About The Position

Paces Restoration, an American Restoration Brand, has over 25 years of restoration experience.  We are a 24/7/365 COMPLETE restoration company.  We are a company that prides ourselves in treating our customers with respect and aim to please in all aspects. Paces Restoration is seeking an organized and dependable Plumbing Program Coordinator to support plumbing operations, scheduling, and referral coordination along with marketing teams. This role is critical to ensuring smooth job coordination, strong communication with customers and referring partners, and efficient internal processes.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years Customer Service experience required
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (this includes Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
  • Multi-tasking is a MUST

Nice To Haves

  • Sales and/or Marketing experience a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls; make outbound calls to referrals
  • Dispatch crews and coordinate job next steps
  • Update CRM job notes and create new customer files
  • Send electronic documents for signature and appointment reminders
  • Monitor job milestones, compliance tasks, and inspections
  • Communicate technician updates to plumbers
  • Support marketing and sales admin tasks (plumber packs, referral tracking, reviews, orders)
