Assist the clinical or service-line director in achieving annual goals by supporting day to day operations including quality improvement, accreditation, licensure, and regulatory requirements. In addition to administrative support duties, is responsible for billing services and/or coordinating business development activities to help division/service meet net revenue goals.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • Three to five years of administrative and/or operational support (preferably in a health care setting).
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Strong computer skills in word processing, data spreadsheets, and preparing presentations using PowerPoint.
  • Customer service/patient relations skills and written communication skills including drafting and editing letters, reports, and presentations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates' degree in health care or business preferred.
  • Numerical aptitude with some billing experience preferred.
