About The Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for an Administrative Coordinator. In this role based in our Chicago Call Center. The hourly rate for this position is $27.00-$32.00, depending on experience. As our Administrative Coordinator, you will support the Management team and contribute to the success of the office. Requirements

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple priorities
  • Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Proficient knowledge of various computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong computer, typing, and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrates high initiative
  • Ability to maintain and project professional behavior

Responsibilities

  • Compute and process weekly payroll
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of accounts payable invoices
  • Serve as a liaison between office staff and home office personnel
  • Implement human resources policies and procedures
  • Manage sensitive and confidential personnel matters and office records
  • Coordinate and assist with the pre-employment process as well as new hire orientation activities
  • Prepare correspondence, inter-office memos, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed for communication between management and office staff
  • Negotiate the purchase of office supplies and office equipment in accordance with company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and safe working environment by inspecting and scheduling maintenance.
  • Organize and plan events and travel as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
