As an Office Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting our office in Addison, TX. This role will provide administrative support to the sales team at the branch. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30-4:30 If you are someone who loves building relationships, someone who is service oriented and will proudly represent the company to visitors and employees then this is a great fit for you!

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in an office setting
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and virtual communication tools

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a corporate sales and service environment preferred

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for greeting and assisting visitors
  • Answer and direct telephone calls using a multi-line system
  • Manage and distribute mail and packages
  • Prepare shipping labels and arrange couriers like FedEx and UPS as needed
  • Process weekly courier invoices with ship tickets
  • Scan documents to corporate and maintain file copies
  • Order and stock office supplies as necessary
  • Replenish and maintain beverage stations with coffee/tea and supplies
  • Pulling reports out of the ERP system for the Client Management Specialist Team
  • Use Excel to assist with allocating expenses
  • Maintain a clean and orderly office environment
  • Must be able to work in office from 8:30a to 4:30p, Monday through Friday.
