About The Position

We're looking for an energetic, organized, and proactive Office Assistant to be the "face of the office." In this role, you will ensure our workspace runs smoothly, from welcoming visitors to supporting our leadership team with scheduling. You'll be based in our central San Francisco offices every day. Requirements

  • Experience: 0–2 years of experience in a customer-facing or administrative role (retail, hospitality, or internships are great!).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs) or Microsoft Office.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Grit & Growth Mindset: A "no task is too small" attitude and a desire to learn the ropes of office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Management: Act as the first point of contact for all guests, clients, and vendors.
  • Facilities Coordination: Liaise with trade contractors (plumbers, electricians, cleaners) and building management to ensure the office is in tip-top shape.
  • Space Maintenance: Keep common areas, kitchens, and conference rooms tidy and fully stocked with supplies.
  • Mail & Logistics: Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
  • Calendar Management: Assist leadership with scheduling internal and external meetings.
  • Meeting Support: Prepare meeting rooms, take notes during key sessions, and distribute action items to the team.
  • Travel & Expenses: Occasionally assist with travel bookings and basic expense report filing.
