About The Position

We are a licensed North Carolina home care agency dedicated to providing high-quality in-home care services. In 2010, Lisa's (the owner) son became paralyzed due to a race car accident. Together her and her other son, Tyler, branched away from their family's nursing home to open up Home Helpers Home Care to provide care for the community who needs personal care services in the comfort of their home home. After experiencing their own family member in need of 24/7 care, it put home care into a different light and we wanted to make a difference in other's lives. We are seeking to add to our office a reliable, organized Office Coordinator to support daily operations, hiring, compliance, and client services.

Requirements

  • 2+ years administrative experience (home care or healthcare preferred but not required)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of NC home care regulations a plus
  • Experience with scheduling software and EVV preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and incoming calls
  • Support caregiver scheduling and shift coverage
  • Maintain client and employee files in compliance with NC regulations
  • Assist with onboarding, background checks, and training tracking
  • Verify timesheets
  • Support EVV systems and documentation requirements
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and caregivers
