About The Position

This position will coordinate administrative, business, and other operational activities in the office by performing the following duties: maintaining solid and consistent communication with branch leadership and ensuring accurate file maintenance. Requirements

  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have reliable Transportation and Insurance

  • Experience with CANVA and HubSpot is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provides customer service by greeting guests and answering phones promptly and courteously.
  • Responsible for clerical duties such as filing, printing, scanning and mailing.
  • Supports Operations and Sales with marketing projects and special projects.
  • Manages the CAP retention program.
  • Plans and organizes special projects and company events.
  • Responsible for purchasing and organizing office supplies in accordance with company financial resources and the approved budget and maintains inventories.
  • Places orders for printed materials.
  • Maintains all office equipment including copy machine, printers and postage machine.
  • Provides support for the recruiter and onboarding manager as necessary.
  • Responsible for IDPH background check documents for new hires and annual portal updates per policy and IDPH regulation.
  • Coordinates transfer of documents to off-site storage according to retention policy.
  • Acts as backup in positions for other departments as needed.
