Requirements

  • Welcoming, with a talent for building rapport with diverse individuals, both in person and over the phone.
  • Comfortable training small groups of individuals while keeping them engaged.
  • Quick-thinking, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to problem-solve effectively.
  • Experienced in medical office settings, with knowledge of insurance verification preferred.
  • Proficient with MS Office, including managing Outlook calendars, Excel and Word.
  • Able to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for our office, warmly welcoming patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Efficiently manage incoming calls, fielding inquiries, and providing information with a professional and empathetic approach.
  • Oversee the scheduling of patient appointments, ensuring smooth operations and optimal access to our services.
  • Perform insurance verification and provide robust support to our clinical and administrative teams, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Conducting initial and annual training for field staff.
  • Actively participate in and support our 24 Expressions of Company Cultures (24 ECC's), enhancing staff engagement and promoting a vibrant workplace culture.
