Essential Functions: This position is based at the Front Desk of FRP – you are the face of FRP Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience Answer and route incoming calls; relay messages accurately and professionally Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including deliveries to offsite locations Provide general administrative and clerical support to various departments Manage office inventory and supplies to ensure smooth operations Restock meeting rooms as needed Schedule and manage conference room reservations Order catering for meetings when requested Prepare meeting spaces, including room setup, technology, and communications Set up workspaces for new hires as directed by hiring managers
