We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Office Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and partners—helping create a professional, welcoming environment while ensuring the office operates efficiently day-to-day. Requirements

  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to multitask and stay proactive in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working independently while supporting a team
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • 2+ years of administrative experience (corporate environment preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting executives is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage a wide range of administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and supporting leadership
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
  • Order and manage office supplies to keep operations running smoothly
  • Answer phones and direct calls professionally
  • Greet and assist visitors, creating a positive first impression
  • Maintain reports and help update organizational charts
  • Sort/distribute mail and manage shipments
  • Coordinate office maintenance and service requests
  • Prepare workspaces for new hires (supplies, badges, welcome materials)
  • Assist with planning company events and activities as part of the Social Committee
  • Support company policies and safety practices (OSHA, DOT, local regulations)
  • Help with special projects and team initiatives as needed
