Position Summary: The Office Coordinator is responsible for managing front desk operations while providing administrative, communications, and business development support to the firm. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment. In addition to core office coordination duties, the position supports internal communications, website and intranet content updates, event planning, document maintenance, CLEs and sponsorship activities. This position works closely with administrative staff and offers the opportunity to develop a broad understanding of law firm operations. This position is full-time in the office, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
