About The Position

We’re looking for a personable and proactive professional to be the welcoming face of our firm. In this role, you’ll create a positive first impression for clients and visitors while supporting the behind-the-scenes work that keeps our office running smoothly. You’ll also contribute to internal communications and events that strengthen our firm’s culture and connections. Position Summary: The Office Coordinator is responsible for managing front desk operations while providing administrative, communications, and business development support to the firm. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment. In addition to core office coordination duties, the position supports internal communications, website and intranet content updates, event planning, document maintenance, CLEs and sponsorship activities. This position works closely with administrative staff and offers the opportunity to develop a broad understanding of law firm operations. This position is full-time in the office, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and content management tools; experience with website or intranet platforms is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong proofreading and editing abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and accountability for work product.
  • Professional, service-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Creative and proactive approach to communications and event planning.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Requires consistent attendance and regular in-office presence
  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative or office experience required; 2–3 years preferred, ideally in a professional services or law firm environment.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
