Office Coordinator / Program Support Specialist

DungarvinLong Beach, CA
$24 - $27Onsite

About The Position

At Dungarvin, we are dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with diverse abilities. We provide essential support to those with intellectual and developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions - empowering them to thrive in their communities. Where barriers exist, we create pathways for inclusion and independence. About the Role Dungarvin is hiring an Office Coordinator / Program Support Specialist to support multiple Adult Day Program locations across Southern California. This position is based out of our Lakewood office in Long Beach and plays an important role in helping day-to-day operations stay organized and running smoothly. In this role, you’ll provide administrative and operational support to Program Directors, Program Coordinators, and Area Leadership. You’ll help keep communication, documentation, and processes moving forward across multiple locations, ensuring teams have what they need to effectively support the individuals we serve. This is a hands-on support role that requires someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable managing a variety of tasks throughout the day. You’ll work both independently and alongside a team, helping maintain structure and consistency across programs. While this is a support-focused role, you should be comfortable managing your responsibilities independently and following tasks through without frequent direction. You’ll be someone who stays on top of tasks, keeps things organized, and follows through to completion. Whether it’s maintaining files, supporting scheduling, assisting with office operations, or helping with projects, your role is to support the overall flow of operations. If you’re someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys supporting a team behind the scenes, this role offers a great opportunity to build your skills and gain exposure across multiple programs.
