About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Office Coordinator and Recruiting Specialist to join our team and provide essential administrative support within our home health services division. As the Office Coordinator, you will play a vital role in assisting the Home Health Administrator, delivering administrative assistance to both home health and private duty services, and supporting the day-to-day operational needs of our office. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, has deep healthcare knowledge, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

  • Previous experience in office administration or related field preferred
  • Previous recruiting/ Sales experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Wellsky EMR, Applicant Tracking Systems and other relevant software applications
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations and terminology

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Home Health Administrator in various administrative tasks and projects
  • Patient file audits
  • Assist the Home Care Executive Director with various administrative tasks and projects
  • Provide administrative support to the home health and home care services departments
  • Answer incoming phone calls and handle customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • lead the charge in recruitment efforts by assisting in the sourcing and onboarding process of Nurses, Physical Therapists (PTs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), and other healthcare professionals as needed
  • Assist in reviewing insurance authorizations to ensure accurate and complete information is provided
  • Collaborate with the team to streamline office processes and enhance efficiency
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and provide support in various office-related activities as required
