About The Position

This position is responsible for the administrative and office support tasks for the Planning Department.

  • Experience supporting a warehouse/manufacturing/operations environment

Responsibilities

  • Maintain office files, records, and basic documentation
  • Support internal departments with administrative tasks as needed
  • Update and maintain daily spreadsheets (tracking, reporting, and/or data entry)
  • Ensure accuracy of data, follow up on missing information, and flag discrepancies
  • Assist with preparing basic reports or summaries for internal use
  • Purchase office supplies and internal department parts as needed
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to confirm specifications and requirements
  • Track orders, delivery status, backorders, and receipts
