Requirements

  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a positive, energetic attitude
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Data entry experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process new sales contracts from the Sales Department
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in Window World’s CRM system and QuickBooks
  • Schedule measurement appointments with customers via phone and text
  • Process customer payments and record transactions in CRM and QuickBooks
  • Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Perform additional administrative duties as needed
