Responsibilities

  • Answer phones / greet visitors in a professional manner
  • Distribution of mail
  • Support staff with day-to-day administrative tasks (court runner duties, shredding, copying, etc)
  • Stock kitchen supplies, office supplies, conference room cleanliness
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned by assisting office manager to keep office running smoothly
