About The Position

We are a very busy Automotive Accounting Department looking for a dependable and organized Office Clerk to support our day-to-day operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of light administrative work and getting out of the office to run local business errands. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8 to 5.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Strong sense of responsibility and trustworthiness
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential documents with care
  • Basic computer skills (scanning, emailing, file organization)
  • Professional and friendly attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Previous office or administrative experience
  • Familiarity with local area and routes

Responsibilities

  • Scan and organize documents
  • Handle basic filing and office organization
  • Make bank deposit runs and handle occasional pickups
  • Drop off and collect mail from the post office
  • Run business-related errands (tag agency, local offices, etc.)
  • Assist with general office support tasks as needed
