AlphaGraphics Commercial Printing Services has an immediate opening for a part time Office Assistant, to provide administrative support, primarily in the Accounting Department. We are looking for a detail-oriented, team player who focuses on delivering outstanding customer service. Requirements

  • Minimum of one (1) office support experience
  • Knowledge of basic Accounting processes preferred

Responsibilities

  • Email invoices to customers.
  • Post revenues by verifying and enter transactions, payments and deposits.
  • Responsible for collection and reporting of receivables.
  • Actively collect payment through mail, email, or phone.
  • Collect mail daily; open, sort and distribute accordingly.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory.
