About The Position

We are seeking an Office Clerk to join our team! As an Office Clerk, you will answer the phones, direct calls, and handle customer questions. You will also be filing paperwork, making copies, faxing documents, and mailing information out to customers, as needed. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, experience working in an office environment, and strong organizational skills.

Requirements

  • Great customer service skills
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with computer programs, such as Microsoft Office and Quickbooks.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones, assist customers with questions, direct calls, write up add on orders.
  • Process incoming & Outgoing paperwork, make photocopies, and file paperwork.
  • Maintain records, either physical or electronic, of business transactions, receive payments.
