About The Position

accessAbilities, a non-profit Agency providing Early Intervention Services to families and children throughout western PA, is seeking a full time Office Clerk to join our team in the Export, PA office! The Program Associate will perform data entry duties to provide the highest level of support to internal and external customers while maintaining Early Intervention Program database information. The priority for the Assistant role is accurately and confidentially entering, tracking, updating and maintaining Early Intervention database information and preparing reports as required. Administrative duties, phone calls, and customer service tasks are the main job duties.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Possesses excellent organizational and communication skills (verbal and written), attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information in a responsible manner
  • Demonstrated ability to complete basic computer tasks or Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Current driver’s license and the ability to travel for business utilizing personal vehicle

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • One (1) year of clerical, business and/or office experience
  • Experience working in Home and Community Services or Early Intervention field
