Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet showroom visitors, facilitate staff introductions, or provide product information when sales staff are unavailable.
  • Schedule appointments for sales and service departments, confirming details via email and phone.
  • Handle incoming calls, routing them appropriately to available staff or forwarding messages as needed.
  • Manage service department calls, directing inquiries or escalating to specialists
  • Update and maintain customer information in the CRM and LP systems.
  • Review performance data related to sales closing percentages, demo rates, and other relevant metrics.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including warranties and postcards.
  • Oversee visitor log sign-ins.
  • Provide support for open house events, assisting with traffic flow and general coordination.
  • Generate referrals and reviews through proactive phone outreach to current customers.
  • Encourage and acknowledge the achievements of the sales team.
