About The Position

The Office Associate is responsible for handling clerical tasks, filing, and help with AP, AR, Accounting and HR as needed

Requirements

  • Reports to the location manager
  • Occasional local travel
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • File
  • Organize and maintain offices including light housekeeping
  • General office clerk duties and errands
  • Assist the accounting staff with any special projects as needed
  • Distributing gift cards as needed
  • Apparel distribution and inventory
  • Protect company values by keeping financial information and plans confidential
  • Responsible for following and enforcing all safety rules and policies as outlined by and communicated by Bliffert Lumber management
  • Act as our store’s representative and provides exceptional customer service
  • Reports injuries immediately to Manager
  • Additional job responsibilities to be determined by Manager
