Hillview Health Care Center of La Crosse County is seeking a dependable, service‑oriented Office Assistant to support our Hillview Health Care Center campus. Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or current high school enrollment
  • Preferably 18+ years old
  • Strong attendance and reliability
  • Ability to act independently with minimal supervision
  • Clear communication skills
  • Ability to respond quickly to resident safety concerns
  • Professional demeanor and ability to relate well to residents, staff, and the public
  • Successful completion of a background check per Wisconsin Caregiver Law
  • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, and reaching
  • Ability to monitor entrance activity (near and far vision)
  • Regular use of phone, computer, copier, and office materials
  • Occasional lifting of files and office supplies
