The Division of Radiologic Science is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to provide support on-campus to the division director and assist with administrative tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, OneDrive, Teams, and Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Dependability and punctuality.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to proofread and edit text for spelling, grammar, and clarity.

- Related administrative experience.
Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support such as data entry, photocopying, filing, or scheduling assistance.
- Supporting faculty with general program tasks as needed
- General support and execution of administrative office functions for Division Director
- Recording minutes of monthly Radiologic Science faculty meetings and other meetings, as needed.
- Assistance with recruitment activities and communications.
