The Office Assistant supports operations across multiple data center sites by performing administrative and coordination tasks. Responsibilities include restocking supplies, managing lunch orders, organizing inventory and trailers, and assisting with small team events. The role also involves weekly purchasing of office supplies and materials, with spending tracked and managed within an established budget. Qualifications: Minimum age: 21 years old Must be a U.S. citizen or have valid work authorization Entry-level role; however, candidates should have some prior life or work experience (not intended for recent graduates with no experience) 3–4 years of experience in administrative roles or fast-paced environments (e.g., restaurant or food service industry preferred) Strong organizational and multitasking skills High energy, proactive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills Requirements: Willingness and ability to travel between job sites in the Ashburn and Manassas areas Must have a reliable personal vehicle; gas and toll expenses will be reimbursed No college degree required Work Environment: Dynamic, multi-site operations Combination of administrative tasks, coordination, and light logistics support Education and Experience: Experience working in an office setting preferred All candidates must provide a resume.
