Under general supervision of the Office Manager, the Office Assistant would handle a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will need to be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and able to multi-task supporting several company divisions. The ability to interact with staff and visitors at all levels in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. The Office Assistant will also ensure the accuracy of scanning personnel and general ledger files into the system of record and maintain the utmost confidentiality in dealing with employee records and business information. Incumbent is expected to have excellent attendance and communication skills, possess the ability to build lasting business relationships, and exhibit professionalism.
