JOB SUMMARY: The Office Assistant is the primary point of contact for the office and provides general office support. The Office Assistant will be responsible for answering incoming calls, mail distributions, ordering office supplies as well as travel arrangements, meeting coordination and other clerical duties as needed. This position provides administrative support and special project assistance to other employees and the SNC Board of Directors.
