About The Position

Emplify Health by Gundersen Boscobel is seeking a detail‑oriented, outgoing, and highly organized Office Assistant to support our Emergency Services and Med/Surg departments! In this essential role, you’ll help provide key administrative support as well as assisting with patient focused work. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• No experience required but clerical /office experience and CNA/MA experience is a desire
• Strong technology, customer service, and scheduling skills preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with providers, clinical staff, and leaders to support patient care and team success
• Help with staff scheduling, data entry, calendar management, meeting prep, and taking meeting minutes!
• Primary tasks include a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations
