  • Schedule jobs and coordinate technician calendars
  • Open, track, and close permits with local municipalities
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks (invoicing, payments, receipts, data entry)
  • Maintain organized digital and physical files
  • Support management with general administrative tasks as needed
