About The Position

Purpose within the Organization: The purpose of this position is to aid the Manager in the College of Arts and Media. Responsibilities Related to Purpose: Assist Manager in office duties which include but are not limited to: Departmental budget review Departmental purchasing Discover GCU events New Student Orientations High School Student Matinees Event Photo & Video Documentation & Production Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Must be able to work 20 hours a week, with some availability on weekends as needed. Hours would be flexed should weekend work be required. Student should have customer service skills. A working knowledge of all CAM degree programs is highly recommended. Education: Grand Canyon University/Grand Canyon Education is committed to a student first policy. Retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student. Maintain good financial standing with the University.
