About The Position

Work Schedule: 100%, day shift working Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. You will work at the General Internal Medicine and Family Medicine clinics in Beaver Dam, WI. Your role will help ensure seamless patient care and support essential clinic operations in our growing community. We are seeking an Office Assistant to: Manage and maintain patient medical records, ensuring timely and accurate filing, retrieval, and secure handling of sensitive information. Assist with patient referrals and obtaining outside patient medical records, contributing to smooth clinic operations. Support daily administrative tasks, including scanning, faxing, and handling incoming calls for the medical records department. Collaborate with clinic staff to improve workflow and patient care efficiency. Provide exceptional customer service to patients and clinic visitors, answering inquiries and directing them appropriately. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
  • 1 year of experience in an administrative support role
