About The Position

Prime JD Bathroom Remodel Express is a fast-growing bathroom remodeling company serving the High Desert area. We specialize in high-quality, efficient remodels and pride ourselves on excellent customer service and professionalism.

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Office Assistant / Lead Setter to support daily office operations and help generate and manage customer leads. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling inbound/outbound calls while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in office administration required
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers and handling objections
• Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM systems a plus)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

Nice To Haves

• Experience in sales calls or lead setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and set appointments
• Schedule and confirm in-home estimates for the sales team
• Maintain and update customer information in CRM or tracking systems
• Assist with general office administrative tasks (filing, emails, data entry)
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth appointment flow
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
