About The Position

As the Office Assistant II, perform a broad range of administrative tasks in support of Adult Protective and Developmental Services caseworkers, supervisors and staff. Duties include: • Answer routine telephone calls for OADS and quickly route callers to correct resources. • Create spreadsheets and perform data entry and management. • Organize, record, and maintain computerized and manual files. • Operate technical office materials and equipment according to set procedures. • Perform multiple office support functions related to business and other OADS operational needs. • Comply with confidentiality requirements and other security protocol. • Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • To qualify, you must have training, education, or experience in office and administrative support work that demonstrates 1) competency in applying a general knowledge of modern office practices to perform routine, varied office support tasks often requiring the operation of technical office equipment, and 2) the ability to use independent judgment in prioritizing the work and selecting the most appropriate course of action within set procedures.
