We are seeking an Office and Facilities Clerk to join our team at IST Management Services in Los Angeles, CA! Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in facilities support, corporate hospitality, mail operations, computer troubleshooting, customer service and a desire to grow their professional career in business services. Hourly Compensation: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour based on experience Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM & 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. No nights or weekends! Requirements

  • Eligible candidates will have related experience and exceptional communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer and Internet savvy
  • Must have attention to detail and critically think through and resolve problems
  • Must have customer service skills, and be able to maintain a consistent, high level of service
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds on occasion
  • Standing for long periods of time; significant walking
  • Willingness to cross-train for other job functions

Responsibilities

  • The Legal Office and Facilities Clerk will work to execute all site operations pertaining to office facilities, hospitality, and mail services.
  • Mail Room - preparing shipments, processing incoming and outgoing mail and receiving incoming packages
  • Office Facilities - maintaining all common areas and shared spaces including conference room, kitchens, terrace, copier hubs, etc.
  • Corporate Hospitality - including ownership of environment presentation and assistance with catering and events
  • Copy Center - printing, scanning, document layout and quality control
  • IT Services - troubleshooting, setting up workstations and provide assistance as needed
  • Maintain effective written and oral communications with clients and employees
  • Adhere to all safety procedures
  • Tasks as assigned
