About The Position

The Office Administrator at Crypto.com Arena serves as the central point of contact for Levy guests, partners, vendors, and team members. This role blends hospitality, administrative coordination, and operational support in a high-volume, fully cashless, technology-forward venue. The Office Administrator delivers a polished, welcoming first impression while supporting day-to-day office operations, event readiness, and cross-department communication. This position requires a proactive, organized, and service-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of two years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or administrative support (large venue, arena, hotel, or corporate office environment preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, guest-focused approach
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, event-driven setting
  • Comfortable using office technology, digital tools, and venue-related systems
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to maintain discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented during high-volume events
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and perform physical tasks as required during event operations

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all Levy visitors, clients, vendors, and team members, providing a professional, welcoming experience
  • Greet guests promptly and warmly, maintaining strong situational awareness of arrivals and office activity
  • Act as a knowledgeable resource for arena operations, event schedules, and Levy departments
  • Support guest check-in processes, credentials, and access protocols in coordination with security and operations teams
  • Escort VIPs, partners, and vendors to designated locations as needed
  • Identify and support VIP and partner visits in alignment with Levy and arena service standards
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth guest flow and operational awareness
  • Support daily office operations including digital document management, correspondence, scheduling, and supply coordination
  • Prepare materials and documentation for events, culinary operations, and beverage programs
  • Accurately utilize Levy and arena systems, including timekeeping, scheduling, and event-related platforms
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee, payroll, and operational information
  • Support onboarding, training coordination, and administrative setup for new team members
  • Promote a positive, collaborative work environment aligned with Levy’s hospitality and service values
  • Maintain professional appearance and uphold arena and Levy brand standards
  • Remain knowledgeable of emergency procedures and assist with designated response tasks when required
