Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and provide customer support
  • Manage company email inbox and coordinate scheduling
  • Handle payroll, collections, invoicing, and estimates
  • Perform basic bookkeeping including entering bills and transactions
  • Send and follow up on work authorizations
  • Track claim status with public adjusters and prepare insurance reports
  • Maintain logs, documentation, and job-related records
  • Pay vendors and order materials and equipment
