About The Position

The role of the Office Administrator is to provide hospitality and care for the Tower Office employees and guests.

Requirements

  • Valid State Driver's License
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be a problem solver
  • Flexibility in work schedule and hours
  • Basic accounting skills and / or bookkeeping skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot a multitude of computer problems
  • Excellent computer knowledge and keyboard skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Maestro Resort management system or similar system

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to a strict standard of confidentiality. This position is in the executive office and as such becomes aware of sensitive and confidential material.
  • Answer telephone calls in accordance with The Resort at Paws Up standards.
  • Manage office safe and cash handling including town runner cash pick-ups
  • Provide guest and employee service with Paws Up Resort standards.
  • Manage mailing, calendars, and appointments of Executive office staff.
  • Work closely with Las Vegas office as a conduit of information between Las Vegas office and Montana operations teams.
  • Work with Director of Special Projects and Purchasing Manager to purchase furniture and other items as requested.
  • Manage and maintain database regarding arrival, ETA and budgeting during special projects.
  • Maintain stock of office supplies needed for operation of Resort Office.
  • Perform special projects as assigned by Ownership, Managing Director and/or Director of Special Projects.
  • Work closely when assigned, with the Department Directors on special projects, event coordination and other issues.
  • Work closely with all management level staff to ensure all operational and financial goals are met or exceeded.
  • Perform other duties as required.
