Job Summary: Office Administration- The Fillmore We have an opening for a part-time office administrator to support the Office Manager and General Manager in the venue office during the day. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Responding to customer questions via phone and email Coordinating vendors and morning deliveries Maintaining office supplies and equipment Assist all department heads on show days with tasks as needed Coordinate parking requests and any issues with garbage pick-up each morning Proof reading and assisting marketing as needed Handle incoming mail, filing and logging invoices Manage Key system Maintain storage areas Other job duties as assigned Qualifications : Punctual Good communicator Problem solver Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality Ability to prioritize and manage projects and stay organized Efficient in MS Office Programs Other duties as assigned Vaccination required Physical Requirements/Work Environment Sit for extended periods of time at a desk. Ability to climb stairs and lift up to 30 pounds. ---------- The expected compensation for this position is: $19.20 USD - $24.00 USD Hourly Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
