Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and sales representatives; direct them as needed
  • Maintain weekly company credit card reports for submission
  • Pick up mail and post-office items bi-weekly
  • Upload and organize operations photos
  • Support onboarding of new employees, including: Scheduling third-party safety training Maintaining and updating onboarding documentation
  • Manage 1-888 call forwarding numbers
  • Oversee IEC Apprenticeship portal: Register apprentices Coordinate schooling Track and forward invoices
  • Organize team lunches, BBQs, and office events
  • Order and stock office, kitchen, and bathroom supplies
  • Inspect and maintain company condos in Midland
  • Assist with planning and coordination of client events, industry nights, automation events, and trade shows
  • Maintain and upload QA/QC documentation for the panel shop
  • Support compliance tracking for UL508A requirements
  • Update QA/QC documents as needed
  • Upload delivery tickets
  • Track panel and project progress using Excel (hours, budgets, etc.)
  • Upload safety forms and operations meeting minutes
  • Assist with general office upkeep between scheduled cleanings
