DeliverIt is looking for a driven Office Administrator to help provide high-level support to the Executive Leadership team and help provide top-quality front desk and administrative services to our patients, business partners, and customers.

Requirements

  • A associate's degree is preferred.
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • A true team player who can also run with projects independently.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Help serve as the patients' and customers' first point of contact—answering phones, greeting visitors, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Help take the initiative in administrative duties and projects as business needs evolve.
  • Help manage agendas, travel plans, and appointments for upper management and other key employees.
  • Assist in partnering with procurement to keep customer orders moving smoothly.
  • Track and monitor shipments using digital tools across multiple channels.
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and light analysis as needed.
