Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school, or a combination of two years of related administrative experience or education.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Windows.
  • Capable of exercising sound judgment to plan and execute tasks, and adept at following detailed written and verbal instructions.
  • Proficient in calculating figures such as piece rates, discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
  • Skilled in problem definition, data collection, fact establishment, and drawing valid conclusions

Responsibilities

  • Schedule job interviews.
  • Onboard new hires and conduct orientation.
  • Ensure compliance with records retention policies and regulations for the designated region.
  • Compile accident reports, facilitate post-accident DOT drug testing coordination, and manage the filing process for workers' compensation and auto accident claims.
  • Compute, prepare, and administer payroll processing.
  • Initiate terminations for final approval from Human Resources.
  • Prepare employee disciplinary warnings for review by the corporate Human Resources Department.
  • Perform other duties as requested
