PBS Engineers is a leading MEP design engineering firm with over 75 professionals offering exceptional Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing engineering services from offices in southern California and Houston, Texas. PBS Engineers provides planning, design and project coordination services for a variety of institutional, private commercial and residential development projects, as well as municipal projects. PBS Engineers is seeking a motivated Administrator for their Headquarters location in Orange County, CA. This position offers an opportunity to join a growing family of dedicated individuals from technical staff to administrative professionals that are critical in day-to-day operations. Requirements
- Software Skills including MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Typing is a must.
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, including ordering and maintaining supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming client inquiries and visitors.
- Support office leadership and project teams with scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
- Assist with preparation of proposals, qualifications packages, and marketing materials.
- Assist with onboarding new hires, including organizing and providing orientation.
- Plan, support, and coordinate office events, such as team-building activities, client presentations, and holiday gatherings.
- Oversee logistics for conferences, workshops, and industry-related events.
